Online & Mobile Banking Enhancements

Have you experienced the new Digital Banking? It’s Here!

In an effort to bring you the best possible digital banking experience, we’ve upgraded our Online and Mobile Banking platforms as well as our BillPay service! These enhancements offer more flexibility, reliability and control for you!

Online Banking Users
To access your account through Online Banking, click the LOGIN button on the homepage.
If you have not already successfully logged in to your account using the new Online Banking:

  1. Begin with your current Heritage Trust membership number.
  2. Your initial password (also known as a Host PIN) is a formula comprised of the first 4 letters of your last name, in ALL CAPS, and the last 4 digits of your social security number.

Example: Jane Smith with SSN 999-51-9658 would have a temporary password/Host PIN of SMIT9658

If your last name has less than 4 letters, complete the formula by using the first letter(s) of your first name.

Example: Robert Law with SSN 999-42-5874 would have a temporary password/Host PIN of LAWR5874

Once you’ve logged in, you will be prompted to create a new password.

Mobile Banking Users
While existing members are able to complete the initial login through the new mobile app,
we recommend establishing your profile through Online Banking first. See steps listed above.

If you have not already successfully downloaded the NEW Heritage Trust mobile app and logged in:

  1. Delete the existing app from your mobile device.
  2. Reinstall using the current app version available in the Apple iTunes and Google Play stores.
  3. With the new app installed, follow the login instructions listed above.

Once you’ve logged in, you will be prompted to create a new password.

While we are confident that this new service will greatly enhance your overall online banking experience, we apologize for any short-term inconvenience the upgrade may cause you. New to Online and Mobile Banking? To establish a new Online Banking profile, simply click on the LOGIN button on the homepage and follow the instructions on how to register. For Mobile, download the free mobile app and follow the steps to setup your user profile. Business owners now have the option to manage accounts on the go with the new Heritage Trust HTbiz app!

Our new enhancements provide Total Convenience™ – when you register for Online or Mobile Banking, your profile is automatically created within both platforms!
