Online & Mobile Banking Enhancements

In an effort to bring you the best possible digital banking experience, we are upgrading our Online and Mobile Banking platforms as well as our BillPay service! This enhancement will come with more flexibility, reliability and control for you, but it also will come with a few important changes that will temporarily affect the way you use Online & Mobile Banking next week.

Important Dates & Facts

  • During the upgrade, Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Bill Pay access will be unavailable beginning at 5:00 p.m. on September 24th through September 25th.
    Voice Line, our automated telephone system, will be available.
  • The Mobile Deposit function will be unavailable as of September 24th at 5:00 p.m.
  • New registration for Online and Mobile Banking will be suspended September 21st at 5:00 p.m.
  • Account information and BillPay Payee information will transition to the new system.
    Users are encouraged to login on September 26th to confirm.
  • External transfers prescheduled to post on or after September 24th WILL NOT transfer to the new system.
  • BillPay users will be unable to schedule new payments September 24th through September 25th .
  • Payments prescheduled to post on or after September 24th are expected to transfer to the new system.
    Users are encouraged to login on September 26th to confirm.
  • Users can login to the new Online Banking platform on September 26th to reestablish payments.
    Details and login instructions will be provided by email to existing users prior to September 25th.

How to Prepare

All Online & Mobile Banking Users
Ensure that we have your most up to date contact information, including a valid email address so you do not miss any important reminders or notifications.

Quicken for Windows
Prior to this conversion, you will need to modify your Quicken settings to ensure the smooth transition of your data. Click here for a complete guide and list of important dates.
