For the safety of everyone, we are:
• Temporarily closing our branch lobbies effective Monday, March 23rd. If needed, members may schedule an appointment for specific lobby visits.
• All drive-up lanes will remain fully operational to serve members from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with extended services made available.
• Closing our Joint Base Charleston branch as the base has moved to essential personnel only.
• Conducting a cleaning process at all locations that will disinfect surfaces. We are continuing to work behind the scenes for our members to serve their needs.
Members can opt to skip their next immediate loan payment using this convenient and quick option. To apply, please visit the Skip-A-Pay option via Digital Banking. To further assist members, we have waived the $35 fee.

Members in need are eligible for a payment extension on car loans, personal loans and mortgages (credit cards do not qualify). To apply, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. To further assist members, we have waived the $35 fee.

Eliminated early withdrawal penalties for Certificates:
Members may now redeem Certificate of Deposits prior to their maturity date with no penalty.
Eliminated early withdrawal penalties for Christmas Clubs:
Members may now redeem Christmas Club funds prior to November with no penalty.
We will be lifting the limitations of Regulation D. Members can now transfer funds between accounts as many times as needed.
